If any changes are desired or you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made before the order ships from our facility. If your order has already been processed/shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.

COY & CO. has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply send us a message on the "Contact Us" page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For return requests, make sure to include your name as well as your order number. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first, will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving and processing your returned order. Please remember that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you sign up to become a coy gal member, you can log in and check the status of your order(s) at any time.
